I am a Counselling Psychologist passionate about supporting adults through life challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, burnout, relationship struggles, and bereavement. I have special interests in thanatology—focusing on grief, loss, and end-of-life care—and in helping couples overcome relationship difficulties to build safer, more connected relationships through Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT).
I value authenticity and genuine connection, and I strive to create a therapeutic space that is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each client’s needs. My approach draws on person-centred, psychodynamic, and attachment theories to explore deeper emotional patterns, while also incorporating practical tools from CBT and DBT where they may be helpful. For trauma-related concerns, I offer EMDR and aim to ensure that the process feels both safe and manageable.
My doctoral research on disenfranchised grief informs my sensitivity to the complexities of loss and my commitment to creating a non-judgemental space where clients feel supported as they explore and process their experiences. I am committed to providing an inclusive and affirming environment for individuals of all racial, gender, sexual, and relationship identities. Whatever brings you to therapy, I would be honoured to walk alongside you on your journey.
I work with adults both online and in person, creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space for exploration and growth. My integrative approach draws on person-centred, psychodynamic, and attachment-based therapies, combined with an empathetic and compassionate style, to tailor therapy to your unique needs.
I have a special interest in working with couples facing a variety of challenges. Using Emotion-Focused Couples Therapy (EFT), I help foster safety and strengthen emotional bonds by exploring the underlying emotions driving patterns of disconnection. EFT provides a supportive space for partners to express their needs and fears, allowing for deeper understanding, trust, and connection.
