Rates and Payment Information
Payment can be made via EFT before or on the day of your appointment. Please note that sessions cannot proceed if fees remain unpaid to ensure fairness and prevent debt accumulation. Although the practice is contracted with most medical aids, we do not claim directly. However, we provide receipts that can be used to claim retrospectively from your medical aid if applicable.

Late Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid being charged.
- Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment will be charged at the full session rate.
- Rescheduling within the same Monday–Friday week may be possible, depending on your psychologist’s availability.
